Why don't Polly's referral payments stay the same?

Polly pays the market rate for referrals, which means that the rate fluctuates depending on current conditions and other factors. The amount Polly pays for your referrals will be set at the start of each month and not change for the remainder of that month. You may or may not see a change in your referral amount.

What can I do to increase my referral payments?

The users who make the most from Polly introduce Polly to every customer. The more customers who know Polly is an option, the more connections you're likely to make.

Will I be paid immediately after a connection is made?

Yes, you should see the money available for transfer into your Hyperwallet account once the connection is confirmed.

How often does Polly recalculate referral payments?

Polly will look at your first 10 connections after July 1 to determine how valuable they are to Polly. We’ll adjust the amount we pay for each connection on the first of each month after you have submitted 10 connections.

What should I do if I think I'm owed a referral but I didn't get paid?
